It's a comfy place. Spacious, relaxing room complete with shower, a green garden, as example. The hotel offers coffee, toast, and jam for breakfast. The location is nice and handy, and the area is nice looking close to nightclubs and restaurants.

The bathrooms are tiny.

The place was quiet, no complains at all, would definitely recommend. Appreciated every detail about my nice 2 nights stay here. I had a triple room included with hammock, fan, the balcony. All the stuff were amicable, helpful.

The room was relaxing and clean in a lovely garden, we had a good rest. The staff were very very nice and amiable and the location was amazing near the centre.

The hotel was located adjacent to bars and shops, night markets, and all the shops, restaurants and amenities. My bungalow was spacious in the pieceful green garden. Coffee, toast and jam were available. The location was nice and handy, just a pleasant stroll away from Pai River. It also was down to the river.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

I had a fantastic experience at this villa! The location was perfect, as it was just off the bustling walking street. I loved relaxing on my own porch, surrounded by lush greenery and flowers. The room was cozy, with a comfy bed and a mosquito net. The bathroom was clean and had hot water in the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The villa had everything I needed, including a hammock and a table with chairs. It was a great value for the price.

That the nearby bar could get a bit noisy at times.

One minor downside was the language barrier at the reception. The staff member didn't speak English well and gave us incorrect information about having to change bungalows, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I absolutely loved the location of my stay at Villa De Pai. The bungalow I stayed in had a beautiful view of the river in a serene garden setting. The proximity to the walking street was also a major plus. The value for money was great and perfect for me and my friends who wanted an affordable stay. The bungalow itself was basic but comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. I had a fantastic experience at Villa De Pai and would highly recommend it to others.

The only drawback I encountered was the loud music from the nearby bar at night. However, with earplugs, it didn't affect my sleep too much.
